Visual Website Feedback With Page and Screenshot Context

Visual feedback connects a comment to what the reviewer actually saw. It is especially useful when a layout issue, image, or small page detail is hard to describe in words alone.

01

Show where the issue is

A pinned comment points to the part of the page that needs attention. The page URL and selected element provide context that a message like “Fix the button” would otherwise leave out.

02

Show what the reviewer saw

A screenshot and browser context can help the team understand a visual issue. This is helpful when the problem depends on spacing, a particular image, or the way a page appeared during review.

03

Keep the conversation attached

If the request needs clarification, replies stay with the original feedback. An owner, priority, and status help the team follow it through rather than losing the decision in a separate thread.

When visual context helps

A client notices that a headline wraps awkwardly. They pin the headline and describe the concern. The screenshot shows the layout they saw, while the comment explains the change they are asking for.
