How information is shared
We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting, storage, email and billing. We do not sell personal information. We disclose data only when needed to provide ClientPin, comply with law or protect users and the service.

We use Google Analytics to understand website page views and improve the website.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legal, security and billing obligations. We use access controls, encrypted transport and operational safeguards, but no system is completely risk-free.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal information. Workspace owners are responsible for requests involving content submitted by their clients and teammates.
